We are based in Oxfordshire where we keep hire items. You are very welcome to come and view any item, and we'd love to meet you! Alternatively, we can send you more pictures of any item you are considering hiring - just let us know.
Hire period is usually 72 hours - please contact us if you need any items longer and we will always try to accommodate where possible.
If you collect and drop off, there is no minimum spend. However, if you require delivery and collection, we ask for a minimum order of £50 within the Oxfordshire area, £100 outside of this. Delivery will then be charged on top of this.
To hire any of our items we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the order. The other 50% is then due 2 weeks before the event.
If any items are lost or damaged, we will then invoice you for the replacement charge. This must be paid within 10 days of the event.
All items must be retuned in the packaging they came in.
Please remove all debris from items, including food crumbs, string etc.
Bunting should only be tied up, not pinned to avoid any damage.
All order will be shipped within 48 hours using 2nd class Royal Mail. If you need something quicker, please enquire and 1st class delivery can be arranged at an extra cost.
We accept returns and exchanges on unused items still in their packaging. You must contact us within 14 days and return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. We do not accept cancellations of purchases.
